Service Description

This package includes up to three hours of the mediator time, the preparation of the marital settlement agreement and the preparation of the petition for dissolution of marrige, the filing of such documents and presentation to the Court for a final judgment. This package is ideal for parties that basically are in agreement and needs the assitance of a mediator to resolve minor issues and obtian the necssary paperwork to file and obtain a final judgement of dissolution of marriage. This does not include paying the filing fee to the Clerk of the Court to file the action as some parties may be eligable for a fee waiver or payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you have prepaid and cancel your appoint you can reschedule it but you cannot obtain a refund if you do not reschedule.
