This is for up to three hours of the mediators time to meet with your other parent or person to discuss and seek settlement of changes to the final judgment, including modificaiton of child support, alimony, a parenting plan or other issues. This includes the drafting of the modification agreement, the presentation of the supplemental petition for modification and the final order of modification, as well as the presentation of such documents to the Court for the final order to be signed. It does not include the fling fee to the Clerk of the Court.
Cancellation Policy
If you have prepaid and cancel your appoint you can reschedule it but you cannot obtain a refund if you do not reschedule.
